    The application form is no longer being forwarded to my email address

    On our website, we have an adoption application. Potential adopters fill it out and it gets forwarded to my email. I am on the phone with the website people. Everything looks fine on their end so I checked your site and here are my applications sitting in my inbox. I'm not sure what happened. I used to receive them and haven't changed anything since I launched the website but the application forms are no longer being emailed to me. PLEASE fix this asap for me. As a cat rescue, we can't afford to miss out on any leads for homes for our foster cats. Thank you

    I have checked your account email address and it seems to have been listed in our email address bounce listing with the following reason.

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 554-'imta38.westchester.pa.mail.= comcast.net comcast 199.255.194.134 Comcast block for spam. Please see htt= p://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#BL000000'

     

    I have removed your email address in our bounce listing and you should be able to receive your form notification again.

    To avoid this form happening again, I would recommend whitelisting our Jotmail IP Addresses or follow the article on 'How to prevent email notification from not being received".

    If you are still having trouble receiving email notification, please contact us again.

    I thought I was out of space so I enrolled in your monthly paid program. However, as a small volunteer rescue, we really can't afford the extra $10/month fee. Can you please have a look at my account and honestly tell me if you feel we need to have the paid account? Every single penny counts for us and we have to stretch our finances as much as we can so I would really appreciate it if you could advise accordingly without trying to make a sale for your company .

    Free users have a limitation of 100 submissions per month. If you reach your form limit, your form automatically get disabled. 

    That means you are the better person to know what submission limit is required for you.
