my account suspended

    hi, 

    i forgot my password, then i request for new password
    after success, i login again and my account has be suspended

    please guide

    Your account was suspended as you were collecting Credit Card. You cannot collect credit card information via our forms, it's against our Terms of use.

    If you want to collect payments, you have to use one of our payment integrations: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

    I have gone ahead and deleted these fields. Your account is active now.

    I've had the same thing with my Linkedin account. One horrible day picked I got logged off. Then there ware several CAPTCHA type checkboxes. Finally, they requested to send a scan of my passport. I had to wait a little more than a day. During the day I sent the scans again.
