Why can I not access my account?!

    Yesterday, my account was suspended becuase the system had automatically detected my account was used for phishing. I emailed JotForm and had my account unsuspended, along with some guidelines to prevent it from happening again. I was told that the guilty forms were also deleted.

    Now, I still cannot access my account! I emailed somebody yesterday about not being able to access my account after it has been "unsuspended", and still today have not received a response.

    Please re activate my account so I can take my forms elsewhere. This has been a major headache, as a large portion of work I do relies on JotForm.

    Can you please explain the purpose of that form? It looks extremely suspicious. Thanks!

    Yes, it was so our players could view their athletic ratings for our team, for example enter asosa and you can see the ratings for that player.

    Everything should be fine now. All your forms has been white listed.
