My form is https://form.jotform.com/92263485568166
It appears as an iframe embed on my web page here: https://www.plungefetish.com/rates.php
When I make a selection in the DDslick reserve your room of either A, B or C the form view will jump to the bottom of the form and skips many important elements.
How can I stop it from jumping to the bottom of the form ?
I've attached a GIF so that you can see what happens

Are you referring to the Reserve Your Rooms section? However, I am not able to replicate the issue. The form is not scrolling to the bottom and not skipping any of the fields.
Also, we have not received the GIF image that you sent. Could you please upload it again directly to the forum?

Which browser did you use?
I just tried it in Chrome and the form did not jump, it behaved as it should.
I went back to FireFox after that and tried it again and it jumped again. Please try it in Firefox and see if you can duplicate the problem there.

It tried Chrome, and it worked fine, then I tried Firefox and I experience the jump to the bottom action:
Could you please try removing this onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" from your Iframe code?

I removed the code you highlighted above from my Iframe code on the HTML page rates.php and the results are the same . It still works in Chrome but it still jumps in Firefox
