hello.
I've created a form. I send it to myself as a test and it worked. I share the same link with another person but she said is not working. I opened my outlook and click on the same link that I send her. Once I filled the form and click on submit. Next thing that showed up on my screen was an error message that said, "Sorry! Only one entry is allow". I filled the whole form twice. Logout, closed my web browser then login and nothing. What can I do to fix this issue?

Please go to Settings > Form Settings > Show More Options and set the Unique Submission field to No Check.
