I want to meet my obligations to my clients consistent with Australian Privacy Law.  Therefore, I wish to make all forms secure.   I tried to set this but it said I have a public key.  I dont want my key to be public but I dont know how to change this.  Please help??

Please note that all our forms are secure by default. You can check our security page - https://www.jotform.com/security/

I inspscted your forms and I saw that they are encrypted. When you encrypt your form we will generate the public and private key pair for you. The public key will be stored at JotForm and the private key will be downloaded by you. Only you will be able to decrypt the data with your Private key.

I would suggest you to check the following guide, to find how encrypted forms work:
