Is there a way to restart automatically the form after Thank You page?

There is a way to restart automatically the form after thanks page.

The only option would be to redirect to same form after Thank You message. This would require a custom solution, but we have a guide: Create-a-Custom-Thank-you-page-with-Auto-redirect

How do i upload the notepad  to get thanks page plus restart form automatically?

Please note that for security reasons, it is not possible to upload any script or custom thank you page code in JotForm. My colleague suggested this workaround where you need to build your own thank you page page and upload it to your own server / website. If you do not have your own server / website to host the custom thank you page, this workaround will not work for you.

The only alternative solution is to edit the thank you message of your existing form and add your form's direct URL in the thank you message. Please check the screenshot below:

When the form is submitted, user will see the thank you message with a clickable link. User needs to click on this link to load the form again.

If you do not want to display thank you message, you can directly redirect users to the same form after it is submitted. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page
