Hi, I have a client that needs a secure counselling referral form that will contain sensitive data, they will only have around 10-20 entries a month so the free tier should be OK.

Where is the data from the forms stored?

    How secure is this?

How can this data be accessed?

    Who can access this data?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Please note that JotForm is now GDPR compliant. You may check our GDPR web page for more information.

Where is the data from the forms stored? How secure is this?

Since you are from the UK, the data shall be stored in our EU servers only. Please refer to our Security web page for more information on the security measures that we follow.

How can this data be accessed? Who can access this data?

The data stored in your account for the forms can only be accessed by logging into your JotForm account unless the submissions are shared manually.

    Thanks!
