update subscription

    I had emailed yesterday about the proper process for me to upgrade.  My forms are down, and I need them up and running again.  Please email me regarding my issue I described yesterday.

    I have checked your account and it seems you have upgraded to the Bronze plan.

    Your forms are also working correctly.

    I have cleared your form cache.

    Can you please test your form again and let us know if you need further assistance?
