add hyperlink in multiple choice option

Dear JotForm,

How i can to do HyperLink in this Multiple component:

I want to add link when i click on "Terms and Conditions" without to change this component, we have a lot of forms with the same condition, so i need to add link on this checkbox.

It is not possible to add a hyperlink using the Multiple Choice option.

You would have to use the terms and condition widget that you can add a link to your terms and condition.
