No access to jotform to fix automatic sync

    Hey Guys,

    Hope you are well.

    I´m writing to you as we use the followiong form: https://form.jotformz.com/73334445384661

    that used to direct the file loaded to a google drive folder and all of a sudden it stoped doing it. We still receive the email with the file however we can´t access it.


    Can you please help?

    Hi Alan!

    Are you able to send in a screenshot of the error you get? Can you also try to remove the integration and re-integrate Google Drive? 

    After you integrate can you please allow access to the integrated folder to our support@jotform.com account so we can access to it.

    Hey Zuri,


    Thanks for your response. The issue is that we can´t log in into jotform, not sure if this form was created from this email or from which account, therefore we can´t reintegrate. We did a password forget but didn´t get the reset email, this is why we are stuck.


    Can you confirm from which email this link was created and what is the possibility of changing this? I have some suspicions that it was created from Asieverling/abby.sieverling@wework.com but i´m unsure, she changed regions.

    Upon checking the account associated with the form mentioned the email used is 650California@wework.com. You can easily change the email address however you will need to get access to the account in order to do this.

    Try once more to request the password change email.

    Hi there!

    Already got access, however:

     I´m trying to unsync and resync as we weren´t receiving anymore the uploaded files. however i can´t select my shared folder and it created a new one. this is for Subí tu logo para WeWork Libertador 1000. Current integration is: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1WN0AJvQUgsaXM3Wg6WxEWOzzWugOp9Rk it should be:

    To clarify, you have re-integrated your Google Drive?

    Do note that when you re-integrate your form with Google Drive, it would create a new folder link. You would have to use the new link as the old link will not be populated anymore with the new submission.
