    Hi,

    "Forms were uploaded", do you mean the form is embedded and it's not showing? If so, let us know the website URL so we can check the form here.

    However if you are referring to uploaded files, may we know the form URL so we can review the files here?

    We'll be looking forward to your reply. Thank you!

    @ SandraAPSA

    Let me understand your issue correctly, you mean to say that your form is embedded into your website and you are not able to view it. If this is the case please share your website URL where you have embedded your form.

    If you are unable to see your submission data, please follow these steps to view them:

    1. Select your form in your "My Forms"

    2. Click on Submission button or click on report button from your top menu

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

    @SandraAPSA

    We apologize for this delay. It looks like  the links on the submission page -PDF view are broken

    As a temporary workaround, please clic on the link inside the spreadsheet as shown on this image

    I am also forwarding this issue to our developers so they can fix it ASAP
