We are receiving "Form Over Quota" error message.

    Hi,

    Our jotform has the following message:

     

    Form over quota!

    This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

     

    We've never received this message before. What does it mean and how can we get our form back?

    This form over quota message is displayed if you have exceeded the allowed limits of your subscription plan.

    What is your Jotform account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? I am unable to find any details with your email address mi**.herm***@lacapitale.com

    Alternatively you can also let us know any of your form ID, form URL or webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.

    We will wait for your response.

    Hi,

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    The form was set up for our company by my former co-worker (Gustavo Viana).

    Gus left the company at the beginning of the year.

    He did provide me with the user name and password for this Jotform.

    When I looked at it today, I did see the message "You're out of Form View limit" – but this Jotform is rarely used. I don't understand how we exceed our limit.

    Hi Mike,

    Form view is sometimes referred to as impression and it is any type of loading the form. So if you have a form embedded on a webpage and someone access that page, it will be counted as Form View and will go against the account's form view limit.

    Kindly provide us the username of the account so we could check it too.

    Is this a monthly thing? In other words will our Jotform start working again on Sept. 1?

    Yes, the form view count is monthly i.e. the limit gets reset on the first day of every month. In this case, on 1st of September, 2019, the limits will automatically get reset.

    Could you provide us any form URL used in the account so that we could check the status? If you have embedded the form on any web page, please provide us the web URL.
