Multiple tabs for the same submission

    Hello,

I have to allow users to add more forms with the same form (each for each member of the family, so it can be a given variable) and submit the form(s). It would be great to give the user the possibility also to rename the various tabs.

As you can see in the attached file.

    It's possible?

    Thank you

It is possible to achieve your requirement by creating a multi-page form. You may want to take a look at the following guide on How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms.

Then after that you can add Form Tabs widget. With this widget, you can now add tabs to your multi-page form. Your form first needs to have Page Breaks so that the widget can work. The widget configuration is straightforward, allowing you to rename the tab titles, keep the form header above the tabs, set some validation rules and style the buttons further using custom CSS.

Here's a demo form for your reference:

However, the user cannot rename the tabs as you have to be the one to set them when you design the form.
