I created a form to use in an invitation a couple weeks ago, the invite went out and I have been receiving updates on when people RSVP. however, I went to go download the most updated excel list and can't find my form!
I am a first time user and was a bit confused about how I could do it without signing in, but since my form kept coming up, it didn't seem to matter...confusing!
Here is the number for the form
Can you please help me get it back??

The formID is linked to a guest account. You can register a free account with JotForm using the same email id. Once you are registered, you can send us an email to move this formID including submissions to your new account.
