    Hello,

We worked last week a bunch on getting my Jotform integrated with Stripe. We tried everything but was not able to get it done until I went to another internet provider and then it connected. So the problem there was my internet provider. However now it shows connected but when I try and use the form it will submit with out payment but if I try it with my CC I get this error message. I did this    with the internet provider that allowed me to connect.

I have contacted Stripe they claim that even though it says connected there is still problems with your integration. I know you guys did samples with your own Stripe account and it connected. Did you try and run a test Credit card? When I connected I did it in live mode. I have emptied my cache and history before trying.

In your form, the payment setting is currently set to Test Mode.

This error occurs when the payment setting is set to Test Mode. If you change it to Live Mode, the issue should be resolved.

I noticed it is not yet connected to the Live account. Could you please try once more in the private window of the browser.

Again cant integrate with Stripe Image 10

I have cleared the Form cache for your account.

This time when you try logging to your Stripe account. Please take a screenshot of the browser console logs if any.

To post the Screenshot refer to this guide:

Please give it a try and let us know.

    Thanks.

I’m not sure I understand what in the private window of the browser means.

What my colleague meant was the incognito mode of your browser. Please check this and let us know how it goes.

Thanks all!!! I went to town and used high speed internet and followed all your recommendations and I have it up and running, The disadvantage to living in the boonies, poor slow internet. Is there someplace I can document this so others don't spend hours on it as well as your tech support when it was all my Satellite Hughesnet internet?
