Can I use my colleague's account?

    Hi,

    I'm the Head of Operations at Rocksteady Music School. A member of our team who left us a few months ago i believe had an account setup with you guys. I'd like to use jotform again but didn't want to sign up to it twice if we already have an account - please could you let me know?

    Hello.

    The account that we've found is called RocksteadyMusic, and the email that is associated with it is not the email that you've provided to us. And, the owner is not offline for months. They were last seen on August 8, 2019.

    If you have access to your colleague's email inbox, we can send you an email to reset the account. However, we need more proof that you have any relation with the account that you want to access.
