How do I give someone access to my submissions?

I want to grant access to my form submissions to my collegue, Janine. Please grant her access and advise how I do this moving forward. Here is her email address: Janine Ebrahim <jebrahim@uber.com>

You can add them as a sub-user and give full permission to your form. However, sub-user feature is in Jotform's Enterprise plan https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User.

Unfortunately no, it is not possible to add sub-users and share forms with them. The only option available is to share your form's submission page. Alternatively you can also add reports in your form and the share the report URL with your user so that they can view submissions. You can also password protect report as well.
