Getting error when I try to upload pdf/jpeg image.

    While uploading pdf/jpeg file in jotform it is showing failed message and file is not uploading

    I am able to upload the PDF document to your form without any issue.

    Could you please tell what is the size of the file that you are trying to upload? Also, have you embedded the form on any website? If yes, please share the URL of the web page.

    Even I am able to upload file at my end..But one of my end user is facing this issue...

    Could you please ask the user to try uploading a different file? And you may tell the user to disable the browser extensions like ad blocker, if there are any or try with a different browser.

    If the issue still persists, please ask the user to provide the screenshot of the console error.
