We were experiencing some problems so have been trying to redo are integration but when we try to integrate it just stays on a perpetual loading screen for hours no matter what computer we use with us eventually leaving the screen and it failing but it brings in all these old submissions which we then have to get rid of.

Also for some reason we are getting all the old submissions from before are first integration

Please tell us to which integration is your issue related to.

You can also try to use a different connection.

As far as we understand, you are currently working on your Skills Center Student Application form. However, on your post subject, you mentioned Integration Trouble. Can you please specify which integration did you try to add on your form?

Are you embedding the form to your website? If yes, please share to us the URL where the form is embedded.

Please also share to us a screenshot of the browser console when you're experiencing the issue.

Upon checking, you currently do not have any integration setup on your form.

For Salesforce, please check out these guides:

    Mastering-SalesForce-with-JotForm

If you plan to use other integration, you may check out our User Guide page to help you with the setup. If you're still experiencing some issues, don't hesitate to let us know.

We had an integration with Salesforce but we were having problems so we chose to try and redo the integration so we got rid of the first and tried to start all over but after we finish matching the fields to the form it stays on a load screen for long periods of time doing nothing but we still get dozens of old form entries from all the times people have sent in submissions.

So not trying to be mean but our problem isn't a current integration failure it is trying to reintegrate back into Salesforce after getting rid of the first.

Yep. As far as I can see, you couldn't set SalesForce as integration at the moment. I've cloned your form to test the authentication and didn't have problems doing it. You can try doing this with a different browser or in incognito mode, and see if the issue persists.

Thanks for reaching us. We are always here to help.

The browser is not the problem it just isn't working we have tried three browsers and incognito mode. My project manager says that it is a problem with Jotform and would very much like a solution now we will be considering other platforms to use.

I've created a test form and integrated it with Salesforce and was able to integrate successfully.

I then removed it to simulate your current scenario and re-integrate it, however, although it makes me setup the integration anew, but it seems to be using my old integration/form state.

This looks like a hard cache issue. With that:

    1. I removed the integration again

    2. Cleared my form cache

    3. Cleared my browser cache

    4. Re-integrate Salesforce

I understand you've already cleared your browser cache and even used a different browser, but can you please try the above four step combination.

Let us know if you're still having issues after.

On the other hand, as for the old submissions, it could be that on the failed integration, the Add existing contacts to SalesForce option was enabled. If you don't want to re-add it, please uncheck this option.

We have tried everything you said though we have stopped getting old submissions. We still can't seem to get it to integrate properly. See attached photo right side. It gets locked on integration screen and this happens each time we try to complete the integration.1567088115Screenshot (1).png

You have 87 submissions, which should be integrated. Perhaps, the system just log you out, while it is integrating your data.

Can you please try to click randomly on the tabs on the left, while you are waiting the system to integrate your data. So, please make sure that it does not log you out of the account due to inactivity.

Please give it a try and let us know.

We will wait for your response.
