I have been trying to find a solution for some of our sites that will allow business owners to access an online form to set up a recurring monthly payment. The sites are for radio stations, and the form would be for underwriters/advertisers who are supporting the stations. The other solutions I have found do far require a user to be logged in to the site in order to access the recurring payment/subscription form. Is this the case with how jotforms integrates with square? I am looking for a solution that will allow for someone to go to the site and set up a recurring monthly payment without having to log in to the site as a user. We do not have any kind of user registration set up on any of the sites and don't really want to have that. Thanks.

If I understand you correctly, you have multiple radio stations each of which will have to collect the square payments separately? Then their target users that will then be subscribing to their recurring monthly payments are underwriters/advertisers?

If yes, for each form, you can only connect one Square account, hence, you need to create separate forms per radio station. Each radio station does not need to have an account in JotForm, but they would need to have individual account in Square so they can receive payments separately.

You can then setup a notification email that will be sent to appropriate radio stations whenever an advertiser/underwriter fills out the form.
