Whenever i email a PDF, the file is unable to be opened on a computer. A pop up appears saying the file was not compressed correctly by the sender (Jotform) and is now corrupt. Any idea what i can do to fix this?

Can you please provide us with some detailed steps that you are following? Are you trying to upload the PDF in a form and opening it form the submissions?
I have also checked your account and I do not see any forms in the same. Please provide us with some more information so that we can replicate the issue and assist you accordingly.
