Could you please re-embed the form using the iFrame code below?

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame-92344517515154" title="Wanderin' Star Contact" onDISABLEDload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" allowfullscreen="true" allow="geolocation; microphone; camera" src="https://form.jotform.com/92344517515154" frameborder="0" style="width: 1px;min-width: 100%;height:569px;border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Normally, if you just use the iFrame code to embed the form then it should work without any issue. But, if you still face any issue even after embedding the form with iFrame code, please let us know so we can investigate further.

I did use the iFrame code on my next form, the snippet is WAYYYYY longer than the one you send me...

The iFrame given by my colleague is the main script that will embed the form to your site. Meanwhile, the iFrame embed code on your form builder has an additional script to adjust the size of the form depending on it's container.

You may use either of the two, though it would be best to use the one on the builder for easier debugging by our deves should an issue occur on your embedded form.
