account banned

    Hi i would like to inform you that my account (hu22ain91@gmail.com) has been banned and i believe i have been misjudged. I have created a new account, this time using my university email account and if there are any problems regarding legal issues then you can also contact my university.

    Hi,

    Your other account was suspended because 1 of your form ask for username and password. Please be reminded that we do not support log in forms and form asking for password.

    Thank you for your quick response. I have already sent an email to jotform support on possibilities that my account might have been breached as i use university computers where a lot of people are around. If you visit the website link that i posted, you will see that there is no motive to commit illegal activities.

    I re-scanned your form and see that the form/fields are removed and i see that your account is activated.

    Request you not to have login credentials in your forms.
