I lost control on the form. How do I restore it?

Thanks for posting your concern here on the Jotform Support Forum.
Upon checking you are currently using a guest account. When checking your IP address, I have found another guest account tied with your IP address and has 25 forms. I have moved the forms to your current guest account although I advise to register the same email address email@example.com at our sign up page to open up and a FREE account so you will lose the forms again. Using the same email address to register, will move the forms as well.
