Is it possible to have an identical copy of the submitted form?

Hi,

I followed this guide to set up the email notification and autoresponder : https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders

Is there no way to just attach the exact form as submitted to me and the customer so I see immediately what the order was?

Just the exact identical form filled out...

You can attach a PDF copy of the submission in the email alert. Here's how: How-To-Include-Submissions-As-PDF-Attachment-In-The-Email-Notifications.

This attached PDF submission can be customized using the PDF Editor. Here's a guide: How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report.

If you really want to view the submission together with the actual form, then you can open it in Edit mode. In the Edit mode, the form owner can edit the submissions. Here's a guide: How-to-Edit-Submissions-Made-on-Your-Forms.
