how can all submission-folks SEE what others picked BEFORE they submit?

how can others see the other folks submissions before they actually submit something themself?

Unfourtantly, there is not really a start forward way to let other folks see what another person has entered on a previous submission in a text field, while they are filling out the form. The only option that might come close to your requirement would be to use the registry widget or the appointment widget to show what was selected already.
