I have deleted all the submissions, still its showing exceeded quota.

Its still not working. When I open the forms it says, No Quota

I have cleared the form caches of your account and was able to view the forms now.
Please try accessing your forms again and let us know if you still encounter the said message. Also, you might be seeing a cached display. Please try clearing your browser's cache also.
