I have updated my subscription but I do not see my form on bkprinting.com

I have checked your account, and it seems that you reached your upload space limit. Unfortunately, the Upload Limit can't be reset and it's fixed, you can refer to this guide:

May I suggest, if you wish to free up your upload space, you can delete submissions that have file uploads on them, but please do keep in mind that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove the data on our servers. But you can download your submissions before deleting them, here are some guides:

Hi I proceeded to delete all the uploads, but also deleted our form.
At this point we don't cards what form is on our website, we just would like a form.
At the moment our website shows no form and we do not now how to upload any template form to our website.
Can you guys help?
