How to get the submission data in PDF format?

Hello,

I sent a link to an online form I created. When it was submitted back, I can only pull the answers. What I need is a full form with the actual set of questions or items with the answers all printed in a PDF form. Can someone please help me with it.

Please go to Settings > Emails > Notification email > Advanced and Enable the PDF Attachment option.
