Docusign is not working.

    Hello there! I have a form in which I put Docusign widget at the end, I have authenticated it but whenever respondent try to sign it stucks on loading. I have checked in another form and the docusign widget is working fine there.

    Does the issue still persist on your end? The provided form is deleted. If you're still having issues, please try to login to DocuSign first, then on the same browser, open your form and authenticate your DocuSign integration. If you had a free DocuSign account, that free account serves as a trial for 30 days which means the API integration will work only during the trial.

    Hi there,

    We discovered a bug related to expiring DocuSign tokens, but we have since fixed it.

    To make sure that your form will not be affected by this bug, kindly re-authenticate your DocuSign widgets on any and all forms that you  have. This is to ensure that the proper permissions are granted to JotForm so we can extend your token indefinitely.
