Do you have a widget that calculates the balance due date from arrival date of holiday

I use a holiday booking form for my 2 holiday cottage lets.  i would like to automatically add a date 8 weeks (56 days) before arrival date to inform guests of the date they should pay final balance.

If I understood your requirement correctly, based on the user input for the Arrival and Departure dates, you need to automatically display the balance due date? If yes, you may calculate the due date based on the Arrival date and display it using the Update/Calculate Filed condition.

Could you please please provide more information on how you wish to calculate the due date so we can provide you the solution accordingly?

Thank you for responding so quickly.  Yes what I want to do is go back 56 days (7 weeks) from the users "Arrival Date" to automatically calculate the date balance date due and insert this in a new field as "balance to be paid by"....

If I understand your request correctly: after the respondent fills out the Arrival Day, the form should have a field that automatically calculates 56 days backward from the chosen Arrival Day, then notify the respondent that balance is due on the calculated day (56 days prior to arrival). 

Unfortunately, this feature is currently unavailable but you may have a workaround on it if you use the date picker in place of the Check In Check Out widget. This means you would have three date pickers on that section (The Arrival Day picker, the Departure Day picker, and the Balance due day). This way, the balance due day field will be filled automatically upon calculation of [less] 56 days from the chosen arrival day.

Alternatively, you may try putting a notice before the Check In Check Out widget informing the respondent that balance is due 56 days before arrival.
