Can I autopopulate the online order form and pass credit card information to another site

greetings, 

I'm looking for a form I can use to autopopulate another existing online order from (including credit card info) on a vendor's website then submit the online form and collect a confirmation number. This would  take the place of my vendor's website form and cut out my clients need to collect an order confirmation number and report it back to me.

Is there a term for this kind of form or do you offer anything like this?

We do not allow collecting credit card information using basic fields. We have a payment process that collects credit card but it is impossible to send that data to another site.
