As I wrote to you the form witch is in use on my web page is not a secure form, so I don't understand this.
Could you please answer me as soon as possible so I know what to do.

Sorry for your inconvenience. Your form is now active again but please do not use any secure SSL submission because you have reached the limit for this month. The limit resets every month.
Can you please provide the url of the website where your form is embedded so we can check.

Thank you for opening my form
But I don't think the problem is fixed!
I got a sumission yesturday evening and at the same time I got an new mail from you about that I have almost reached 10 SSL submissions.
As I have wrote 3 times to you now the form witch is in use on my page is NOT a secure form, so there has to be something wrong with you SSL counter, I can see on this forum that I'm not the onlyone with this problem.
My web page is this:
And to open the form you press BESTILLING and you'll then open my form witch is this:
http://form.jotformeu.com/form/30723005411336 (NOT secure form)
So what is going on?
Can I still use this service and trust that it will not disable my form every second day or shall I go back to the one I have used for years without any problems?

I have reset your counts. Then made a test submission and your SSL counts did not increase.
Can you re-create the problem on one of your forms? Are you sure you are not using SSL form on somewhere on your site?

Yea, I noticed the test submission.
What happend is this:
The first time I publiced the form on my site I tried the normal form (not secure) but it didn't work so then I tried with the secure form ( without knowing exactly what this was and it worked.
Then I got the first warning from you about that I was closed to the limit of my SSL, and then i understood what this was about and I tried again with the not secure form and at that point it worked, and from then on I have just used the not secure form, but still got the warnings
I'll now keep an eye on the numner of submissions and if I notice that the SSL submissions are increasing I'll let you know.
I just have one form from you on my web page, the one you tested, I still have one little contact form from 123contactform on my contact page, I can try to delete that one and make a new one from your form on that page too.

Thanks for the update. Hopefully it will not happen again. Any comparision with the competitor? Do we miss anything?
- NikolaiHAnswered on March 21, 2013 at 12:48 PM
I find your product better than the competitor, I managed to make a really complete form, just as I wanted.
The main reason why I decided to use your service is that I can sync the contact informations from the submissions to my google contacts using something called Zapier, really practical for me.
The only thing I miss is to have the possibility to hide the empty fields in the submission I get by mail in the same way as the empty fields are hidden in the submissions on your web page, if you understand what I mean.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time. However, I have submitted this to our dev team as a feature request.
Here is the thread where they will update with any news on this issue:
As a workaround, you can erase the labels from your notifications:
Please give that a try and let us know if you need further assistance!
