Currently on the input table I am using no wrap on the row headers to keep them from having
line breaks in the middle of words. What I would really like to do is to be able to use more text in
those line headers but be able to break them into two lines where I want them to. For example
the first row line header might say 12 step yellow (1st line) workbook $10 (2nd line). I want
this because I want longer row headers to fit in the mobile view without causing the input fields
to go of the page or have the system do a line wrap at a place I don't want it to. Basically I want
to choose where in the label it wraps.

You can insert the HTML Break tag in the Input Table field. Just add <br> in the text in order to clear the horizontal space. Here's an example:
