Is there a problem with the system? My clients are receiving their auto reply but I'm not receiving any notification.

I checked your account. Can you please set the Sender Email as "firstname.lastname@example.org" and try to do a test submission?
That should solve your issue and if it continues please let us know and we will investigate further.

Also currently we are experiencing a slight problem with Conditions that is causing a conflict and we are currently investigating the issue as your problem may be related since I can currently see you have conditions used on your form.
