I am not receiving my email alerts

    Is there a problem with the system? My clients are receiving their auto reply but I'm not receiving any notification.

    I checked your account. Can you please set the Sender Email as "noreply@jotform.com" and try to do a test submission?

    That should solve your issue and if it continues please let us know and we will investigate further.

    Please see this this guide http://support.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues which will explain further about this issue and if you have any further problems or questions just ask us.

    Also currently we are experiencing a slight problem with Conditions that is causing a conflict and we are currently investigating the issue as your problem may be related since I can currently see you have conditions used on your form.
