On my form called "Feldenkrais ATM Registration' I have created schedule under date headings and created the class times using inventory, allowing a quantity of 12 to represent the number of spaces available. once sold, it should no longer be available.

How can I add a value ie price of each class and end up with a total from the selections made.  There will be no tax.

    Anyway I can do that?

    Hi!

You can multiple selected items by price within calculation widget to get the total. Please take a look through the following help guide: How-to-Setup-a-Payment-Order-Form-with-Limited-Stocks

No, calculated total is not restricted to PayPal only. You can pass it to any other payment field, here is how: How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field

okay, yes, I see that works.  On the page now I have done it two different ways, the first with the inventory form and then second on the payment form with list of classes along with charges

What I like about the inventory form, it that it should show a decline in the number of available spots when anyone purchases (don't know if this works, because I can't test it) I am also able to separate out the chargers by using a header to separate out the dates, so easier for clients to see what they want.

Is there a way to do that on the payment form?  If not how do I make sure that the total goes to the credit card charge?

Do you think one format is better than the other, and what are the advantages of each?

Will the selection that was purchased show up as a receipt after the payment is processed?

Can I add any info so that it is clear to client what they need to do next?

    Appreciate your feed back.

    Thank you.

Yes there is a way to put headings on the payment field, please check this workaround https://www.jotform.com/help/178-How-to-Have-Sub-Category-or-Sub-Labels-on-an-Order-Form

However, if you are using the Inventory widgets to setup the products because you want to set up a limited quantity on each, then that's the correct way, and you would need to change the "Payment Type" to pass the total to the Square payment field:
