Checklist/ticks on Thank You page

Hi, I am wanting to create a checklist with ticks on the Thank You page but it does not seem possible.  The form can be submitted if incomplete but on the thank you page I want a checklist for specific fields so the user know there was information missing (to edit later). On the 'thank you' page multiple checkboxes list the option names, but there doesn't seem to be any way to have ticks.  The only way I can see is to have a text box with YES/NO conditionally, but that isn't quite what I'm wanting to achieve. Is there a workaround for this?  What I am wanting would look like this (on the Thank You page).

Checkboxes with ticks would not be available for Thank You page. But, as a workaround, I think you can create another additional form with a Multiple Choice element. That second form can be used as redirect URL and populated. Would this work for you?
