I made my form and want to attach it to my promo flyer to email out.

Is there a cost to do this?

    Hello,

If I understand your query correctly; you have a form and a promo flyer. You wish to embed your form on the promo flyer as a button. And the prospective respondent, upon clicking this button, will be redirected to the form.

If I am correct, you may consider creating an e-flyer (promo flyer) with a clickable button on the image. This clickable button can be linked to your form. In this way, when recipients receive the flyer by email, they would be given an option to fill out the form by clicking this clickable button. Upon clicking the button, which is a link to your form, they will be directed to your form immediately.

If you are designing your flyer using Adobe Photoshop, you may consider looking through a guide from Adobe that allows you to create a clickable button on images. Here's a link to the guide: https://helpx.adobe.com/digital-publishing-suite/help/hyperlink-overlays.html

    I hope this helps.

Please, let us know when you need anything else.

    Thanks.

    Hello again,

Thanks for clarifying your query. An email notification, containing the details of the filled form, can be sent to you immediately your form is filled and submitted. You can try setting this up by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

Also, you can consider allowing us to send a notification to the respondent's email when they fill and submit your form. Here's a guide to help: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email

Please, let us know if you need further assistance and we will be happy to help.

I'm not sure what you want to do with your form. It will help us provide you with the appropriate workaround/suggestions if you can elaborate further on what you wanted to do using the form.

Also, I noticed you don't have a submit button on your form. To add one, plesse click "Add form elements" and then under the Basic tab, please find the "Submit".

Thank you for replying. Below is the form I created on your site.

I would like to have a button to “click” on in and post it on multiple websites.
Have the registration form once completed – sent to me.

    I did create the form at;

You can use our Feedback button embed option: https://www.jotform.com/help/93-Creating-a-Feedback-Button

That will create a button which when clicked, it will open you form.

If you don't want to use the Feedback button. You can simply create button in your HTML of your website, for example:

    <button onDISABLEDclick="location.href='Your_Form_URL_HERE'" type="button">BUTTON NAME</button>

    Just change the bolded parts.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you!

I had people fill out the form to test it -but I received not one of them.
