The Google Sheets integration sometimes breaks randomly

    Hi there,

     

    The googlesheet integration sometimes breaks randomly, which causes us headachces.

    Does your product have an API endpoint that we could use to monitor the status of the Google Sheets integration? Please share any information that might be helpful to us or our team of developers.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, what is the form that is integrated with Google Sheets?

    Unfortunately, we don't have a way to monitor the status of the integration. Are you by any chance editing the integrated sheet? Please note that any modifications could break the integration.

    Re-surfacing this question, as we've had a number of crucial googlesheet
    integrations break over the past several months. We have not been editing
    the jotform or the integrated googlesheet and this has still been happening

    Could you let us know on which forms the integration stopped sending the data? We will try to push the missing data from our end.

    Hi there,


    It has been several forms affecting myself and several of my team-mates. We have generally deleted and re-created the integration whenever we noticed this happened. Here are a few forms of mine that the integration has broken for over the past few weeks:

    This one even stranger - the integration pushed new rows, but at least one of the fields stopped syncing data:https://form.jotform.com/92676451141154


    Please let me know if you notice any trends of how I'm configuring the forms, or something with my account, that could be causing this persistent issue.

    Hello Fred,

    So far we haven't had any trends regarding this.

    I've manually pushed submissions to these forms. Please check if the submissions are appearing in these forms now.
