Zapier data from submission were screwed up

    The second is that I am also having an issue with Zapier. The information going to zapier is very screwed up as well.

    Because Form Encryption is enabled on your form, the data transferred to your Zapier integration will also be encrypted. Simply put the data will be unreadable in Zapier side with encryption ON.

    I see. So what if I have sensitive data like Social insurance numbers etc.. is the transfer to zapier secure without the encryption?

    Please note that the Zapier is a third party application that can connect two different applications using APIs. We can confirm that the data sent from JotForm through API to Zapier is secured. Please check our security web page for more information.
