Encryption issue

My forms works very well and I have no complaints with any of them. My issue at this moment is releasing the encryption so I can read the submission. I know that the system is supposed to ask me for my encryption key and then the submission will be unencrypted, however, that is not happening. I only get a choice to flush the encryption key which just erases my key but not decipher the encryption. I hope this can get rectified soon, as I will soon receive more submissions and I would like them encrypted for my clients privacy and safety.

Please note that the system will ask you to upload the private key only when a form is encrypted. I inspscted the Form Settings of your form and Encrypt Form Data is turned off. 

You need to turn it on to decrypt your encrypted submissions.
