To my understanding, you want to post "Thank you" in the Application form. 

If you want to post it after the submission, you can go to the Thank You page settings in the Form Builder and customize it to your own preferences. You can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-up-the-Thank-You-Page
