Some of my clients can't submit my form

    Hello, 


    I messaged you a few days ago saying that my clients cannot submit their forms. It seems that the issue is getting worse as I have more emails about this and now it is not just loading unsuccessfully, it seems that the website is crashing. 


    Can you help me ?

    As I check your previous thread, I notice that the form has been tested by our other support team members and couldn't replicate the issue. I have also tried sending a test submission to the form and I was able to submit the form without any issue.

    I have checked the form and see that the background image is about 2.1 MB and taking time to load. You may try reducing the image size and add it as background and it should also help the form to load quick. You may check https://tinyjpg.com/ that might help in reducing the image size. Otherwise, we couldn't find any issue with the form unless there may be any network restriction or other at the user's end.
