All of my forms has been disabled.

    According to JotForm Terms of Use you can not gather `user login credentials`.

    Your Course Registration Form had Old Password field:

    Due to this field, your account is suspended. I deleted suspicious fields and activated your account again.


    To prevent your account from suspending, you should not gather prohibited data types specified in Terms of Use.
