Form is Disabled

There is an error in my "Keep me updated" form, I don't know since when.

The error is: Form Disabled | This form has been disabled.

Please, could you fix it? I need to know why, and from what date it occurs, to tell my client.

I have checked your form and it seems it exceeded the form view limit for the free plan.

Currently you have more than 2,000 form views.

I would suggest, you use the form link instead in your web page so that it won't view as form count when someone visits your web page.

You may upgrade your subscription to lift the form view limit or wait for the monthly reset for your forms to work.
