Stripe ACH Integration: Unable to submit the Form with "Please wait" error

    I can successfully email my payment form, but after the form is submitted, it is stuck on "Please Wait".  I've looked through the forum and have tried it within multiple browsers, but still no luck.  

    I'm not sure if there is something not entered properly in my form setup?

    I noticed you have not yet connected to the Stripe ACH integration.

    Please connect your Stripe account with the integration and then try submitting the Form once again.
