Insecure site message

Hi there,

I manage a job application form, and our applicants have notified us that when they go to the form, they receive a message about the form being an insecure site.

Is there anything I can edit or change to secure my form?

I haven't been able to successfully replicate the issue, but I'm not sure if that's because I interact with the form fairly often.

All JotForm forms are default secured. I have checked your form and it seems to be secured.

May we know if your form is embedded to you web page?
