Is it possible for a form to have data uploaded to it?

Is it possible for a form to have data uploaded to it?  I have a form that requires demographic info.  Many respondents already have that in a spreadsheet & would like to be able to upload their answers.

Yes. Submitters can upload data to your form.

Or, just go to Form Builder and select File Upload from the list on the left and drag and drop it to your form:

You can include and exclude a variety of file types. Also, you can set the maximum and minimum size of the uploaded files.
