Many people have complained to me that some of our forms are giving them an error message and making them unable to submit payment. As a result, when I go and check under submissions there are many incomplete ones. Could you please help me resolve this issue ASAP because we are receiving donations and membership dues daily.

Would you mind asking them what error message they get? A screenshot is good. While we are investigating this one, I would suggest you to use another Payment Tool such Paypal.

The message they are getting is: “Your current payment method is not valid. Please enter a new payment method to complete this purchase.”

Are they using a debit or credit card? The warning message 'Your current payment method is not valid. Please enter a new payment method to complete this purchase.' will appear if you are using a debit card outside USA using Google Checkout.
